Yoga in Amazing Places – A Day Away
If you would prefer just a day away, and don’t necessarily have time to commit to longer,
then you will want to keep a watch for our Days Away. Some are Urban, in Cobh where we are based but as a campervan enthusiast I am constantly coming across some Amazing Places here in our beautiful country of Ireland, and where possible I like to use Community run venues to give something back to the locale we visit.
Whiddy Island was a wonderful success and will be repeated. Just travelling to an island immediately aids us in leaving our day to day responsibilities aside and immerse ourselves in yoga, restfulness and mindfulness. There is always delicious home-made treats and cake and sometimes even a cookery demo.
