Does your organisation, club or team want to try out a course of yoga tailored specifically to your athletic discipline. Aileen has worked with Cobh Pirates Rugby Club, Cobh Tri Club, Pro Tennis players, Soccer and GAA players, golfers, runners and surfers. These courses are designed to work on the needs of the group.
Group rates available with a minimum of 6 participants.
If you work locally, and would like a lunchtime yoga session at the studio, contact us and we will work it out for you. A minimum of six participants required.
Teen Yoga from 13/14 years upwards, is a fun, inclusive class aiming to give teenagers an opportunity to try out some yoga, to reduce stress and anxiety and to build body awareness, strength and confidence. Building up to exams can be exhausting and yoga can help to bring balance and relaxation at this time.
Usually run ‘not too early’ on a Saturday morning, if you know a few friends who would like a course of Teen Yoga, contact us and we will set it up.
