Prenatal workshops with partner can be privately booked and are run for groups.

They cover Late Pregnancy, Early Labour, Active Labour, Post Partum and Breastfeeding. These classes are very informative.

What to do when labour starts, the role of the birth partner, how to work together as a team and how to be as effective as possible with the tools you will both learn at the workshop.
This two hour workshop is for Mum and her birth partner and will give you both the techniques to cope with confidence during childbirth.

You will learn the breathing techniques for each stage of labour, the best positions for labour, when to move, when to rest, what to bring and creating a Birth Plan.

Your birth partner will learn how to help and support you throughout the process of labour, from when to leave home, to using a Birth Plan and being your advocate when needed.

Avail of an experienced teacher and doula for help and advice and you have the option to continue online after the workshop

Trained in both Prenatal Yoga, Stott Pilates Pre & Postnatal Pilates and as a Doula, Aileen gives you a safe space in which to work together towards the birth of your baby and brings here Doula training to these workshops.

Aileen Warbrook trained as a Doula in Canada with Dona International. A Doula is a nonmedical person who assists you during and after childbirth, stays with you from the early hours at home, right through your labour and until you are settled afterwards, offering continuous support for you and your partner.

The provision of continuous support during labour is associated with improved maternal and foetal health and other benefits, including lower risk of induction and interventions and less need for pain relief and this is how much your birth partner can help.

A Doula can also provide continued post partum support. Once you are home, we provide you with assistant during the first weeks of parenthood.
